The VRCBC’s first Constitution and By-Laws were registered in 1978.
In order to be in compliance with the new provincial regulations coming into force late in 2018, the By-Laws were updated and revised. That version was approved by a vote of current members present at the July 17, 2018 regular meeting. An amendment providing for an Honorary Membership category was approved at the January 21, 2020 Annual General Meeting.
