The British Columbia Historic Motor Races (BCHMR) is the VRCBC’s premier event of every race season. This race weekend has become an annual must–attend gathering for vintage racing drivers and their crews, as well as for many local classic car enthusiasts who display their cars at the track.

The BCHMR is a major undertaking. As soon as one year’s event is finished, Club members begin the planning for the next year. Our objective is to release general information, preliminary schedules, and the entrant’s and sponsor’s packages as early in the year as possible, so that potential competitors and sponsors can include the BCHMR in their own plans. This requires a great deal of coordination with the other organizations (SCCBC, META and the CACC ) without whose enthusiastic support, the event would not be the success it has become. Information is distributed by email, as well as published on this web site as soon as dates are finalized, documents are available, etc.
