REVS

George is a real 'Vintage traditionalist' - he drove his Healey to the track, raced it and then drove it back home again - just like the good old days! - Brent Martin photo[/caption] Posted: October 17, 2019 The final race event of the CACC 2019 season at the Mission Raceway Road Course was the SCCBC's Wet Leaf Classic over the October 13th-14th weekend. Well, they certainly picked an appropriate name this time! It was damp and windy. The results are posted on the SCCBC Results web page (here). As always, a big thank you to Brent Martin for his photos (see below). You can see all of Brent's motorsport photo albums on his web site (here).

It was wet! The VRCBC Vintage REVS races were held on the Sunday as usual. The results are posted on the SCCBC web site (here) and Brent Martin has provided some photos of the soggy action below. You can see all of Brent's great motorsport photos on his web site (here).

Brent Martin has again provided us with some great photos (see below) of our Vintage drivers and their cars in action. Thanks Brent! You can find all of Brent’s photos on his web site (here). The next Vintage on-track action at Mission will be our very own British Columbia Historic Motor Races over the August 10th-11th weekend. Before that however, make sure to come out for the SCCBC's big Mission 25th Anniversary Grand Prix over the July 27th-28th weekend. Check the SCCBC web site (here) for more information. See you at the track!

As usual, Brent Martin has provided us with some great photos (see below) of our Vintage cars (and the drivers too of course!) in action. Thanks Brent! You can find all of Brent's photos on his web site (here). The next Vintage on-track action at Mission will be during the SCCBC's 'Dash for Dads' event over the June 15-16 weekend. The 'road racing gods' must have felt guilty for the miserable rain storm throughout the September race weekend because they delivered beautifully warm, sunny weather for the SCCBC's final event of the season on October 13th-14th. As usual, our Vintage REVS races were on the Sunday.

The full results for the weekend-including Vintage-are available on the SCCBC web site (here). Brent Martin has again provided us with a sample of his always excellent action photos (see below). For many more of Brent's shots of this weekend and many other motorsport events, check out his web site (here). Thanks Brent.

See you at the track next year!
