It is the aim of the VRCBC to protect the private information of all club members and club associates including past members and registered entrants.
To that end the VRCBC will never provide or sell members private information to any third party. Club members information will only be available to Club officials for the purpose of Club administration.
The E-mail address that members submit during registration will be used for the purpose of involving members in club related activities, member benefits, sponsors special offers of value and ongoing updates including notices on club activities and meetings.
If users do not wish to receive any of this information they may choose to opt out at anytime by using the online opt out link or contacting the membership secretary.
